Truffle Tuesdays

Nevermind that it is Wednesday. I just got back from a lunch at eat chow and am reveling in the truffle-y goodness I just encountered with nothing other than truffle parmesan fries. These were served in a nifty tin can of sorts, all upright and proud to be the delicious morsels that they are. Perfectly seasoned. Made this gray, dismal day a bit brighter.
